Custom printed items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in printing or with the garment itself
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Unfortunately, this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. Regardless, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.
